Coding tax invoices

Hi Platinum

I found some advertisement requirement is coding tax invoice. Is it the automated purchase number/code given by MYOB when entering a purchase (located on top of the date) or it is a code manually prepared by accounts person.

    Hi Kamrul,

    Coding tax invoice is the process where you identify which account code from the GL list best describes the nature of the expense. For example, if you see company spend money on staff morning tea, you can code it under 6-xxxx, staff amenity if you are using MYOB.

    It is a manual process.
